We can only accept a return for faulty items.
When returning, please make sure you package your items securely, as we can't provide a refund or exchange for items that have been damaged in transit back to us. We cannot accept cancellations of an order once it is in production as each job is made to order.
If any items arrived damaged, please make sure to let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. You can let us know by emailing email@example.com.
