2. Ordering & Cancellation
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled if it has reached production.
A sample must be purchased prior to placing a full order to avoid unexpected differences in colour. Colours will appear differently on screen so unfortunately we can not refund for wallpaper orders where a sample hasn’t been purchased in advance.
Each job is quality checked for colour and pattern match before being dispatched. Colour discrepancies can occur on different batches and we cannot guarantee colour and pattern match consistency on orders placed at different times.
Colours can also appear differently when printed on different material types so please make sure to order the right product/finish.
We make every effort to maintain the availability of our Website. However, should we experience technical difficulties, we are not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.

We are not responsible for the content of any linked website and cannot take responsibility for the consequences of your using the information or services on linked websites.
